Please allow me to introduce myself:

My name is Heather Yocum and I am a single mother of three wonderful children. I thoroughly enjoy and treasure spending time with my family. I have lived in Louisville my entire life.

I choose Real Estate as a profession in 2003. The reason for this choice is quite interesting: By this time I had been through three real estate transactions, buying and selling homes with the help of a realtor. I was surprised with the lack of true passion and helpfulness that I found in the three agents with whom I had worked. I was astonished to see the amount of money these agents made with little to no effort. At that moment I knew that real estate needed agents with heart! I wanted to fill the void and change the publics’ view of Real Estate Agents by offering personalized service that went above and beyond. That been said, I don’t think that all agents are bad, most offer very effective services. However, when I sell a home I treat it as if it were my personal home and give my clients the service they deserve. I ensure that all details, big or small, are dealt with in a prompt manner. I believe as a client you should do your homework before choosing an agent and make sure they are what they say they are.

I will do everything within my power to sell your home or help you find a home. I am an avid believer in internet marketing and utilize many “out of the box” ways to advertise my homes for sale on behalf of my clients. My buyers enjoy the convenience of my use of email communication including daily emails of new listings that meet the criteria for what they are looking for in a home.
